Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of HeLa (Lane 1), PANC-1 (Lane 2), MOLT-4 (Lane 3), K-562 (Lane 4), C2C12 (Lane 5), RAW 264.7 (Lane 6), Mouse Brain (Lane 7), Mouse Lung (Lane 8) and Mouse Testis (Lane 9). The blot was probed with Anti-LAMTOR3 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-22145, 1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/mL, 1:4000 dilution). A 13kDa band corresponding to LAMTOR3 was observed across all the cell lines and tissues tested. Some uncharacterized bands were observed in case of mouse tissue lysates.
